Oceaneering supplies engineered products and services across six areas: oil and gas, renewable energy, material handling and logistics, autonomous transit, aerospace and defense, and science and research. The oil and gas portfolio is by far the broadest and is where the subsea work sits. It covers asset integrity management, C-Nav positioning, data management and communications, decommissioning, diving, flow assurance, Grayloc products, IMRGE integrated and customizable inspection, maintenance and repair solutions, inspection and non-destructive testing, intervention tooling, maintenance and reliability, pipeline repair, remote services, ROV services, Rotator Technologies, special periodic surveys and underwater inspection in lieu of drydocking, subsea connection systems, subsea distribution, subsea tieback, survey and mapping, umbilicals, USV services, vessels, well intervention and workover control systems. In renewable energy the company applies that same base to fixed offshore wind, floating offshore wind, carbon capture and storage, hydrogen and nuclear. Material handling and logistics is a land-based robotics line built around mobile robotics, with the MaxMover counterbalance forklift, the CompactMover 1200 forklift and the UniMover underride vehicle for autonomous trailer loading, supported by lifecycle services for the installed fleet. A closely related autonomous transit business supplies autonomous transit systems. The aerospace and defense side is a separate engineering and manufacturing business spanning marine services, submarine systems, deep submergence systems, complex structural manufacturing, integrated engineering, welding and non-destructive testing, hyperbaric systems, unmanned undersea systems, submarine rescue solutions, manufacturing and cargo transfer at sea, with Oceaneering Technologies (OTECH) sitting within that group. Its spaceflight work covers thermal protection systems, hardware and softgoods, mission design and astronaut training, and life support and extravehicular activity systems. A science and research practice serves customers outside the commercial energy and defense markets. The company operates across domains that share a common engineering and remote-operations base: subsea intervention, survey and positioning for offshore energy and renewables, autonomous ground robotics for warehouse and logistics operations, and defense, submarine and human spaceflight hardware. That breadth means a single supplier can cover a subsea field from installation through inspection, maintenance and repair to eventual decommissioning, while building the pressure vessels, rescue systems and crewed-mission hardware used in defense and space programmes.
