Support forms part of the business, including services and calibrations, warranties and repairs, returning equipment, software downloads, training videos and support organised by product, so an instrument can be recalibrated, repaired or updated after it has gone into service. Custom OEM sound velocity sensors are available, so customers can obtain tailored versions of the technology for their own systems.
